Frontline Source Group is currently seeking experienced Functional Oracle Project Accounting consultants for our Engineering & Construction (E&C) and Professional Services verticals.  Candidates need to be well versed in Oracle Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Management, in addition to having strong backgrounds in Oracle Procurement, Payables, Receivables and Assets.  An E&C or ProServices background is highly preferred. 
         
        
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations or related field
            
  • 5-7+ years experience with the Oracle Applications release 11i; min. of 3-4 full life-cycle implementations and/or upgrades serving as the functional lead for Oracle Projects and being responsible for the integration with Purchasing and the Financials

Daily:
• Review loan agreements and set up accounts in loan system. • Review loan amendments, modifications, approvals, and prepares appropriate system adjustments.  • Review and prepare incoming cash transfers and deposits for proper application in loan systems and general ledger and prepare summary report of activity.
• Responsible for timely and accurate reconciliations for all interest and fee accruals • Preparation of loan, interest & fee settlement • Calculate interest and fee adjustments. • Provide loan servicing including fields calls and requests for information from/to the business units and the clients.
• Provide support for members of various divisions. • Coordinates with Staff Accountants in General Accounting for daily subsidiary ledger reconciliations. • Responsible for clearing interest and fee accruals in loan system. • Follow up with Staff Accountants for open items in suspense. • Posts activity in the loan system. • Follow up with lead lenders regarding interest and fee payments. • Assist in various general ledger and reconciliation projects. • Act as backup for other loan servicers when needed. • Conduct monthly meetings with the account analysts in the related business units
 
Monthly:
• Responsible for preparation of management reports. • Assist in special projects. • Alternate in leading monthly meetings regarding interest/fee variances with business units. • Assist in month end closing of loan system.
 
Qualifications: • Asset Based Lending loan servicing experience required. • Three to five years work experience in commercial loan servicing. • Work experience in accounting or finance preferred. • Good understanding of lending documents and principles. • Must be detail and multi-task oriented. • Excellent written and oral communication skills. • Organized and work independently using good business judgment.

Job Purpose:

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the effectiveness of a Shared Services Operations Team.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Our Dallas client is looking for a Loan Servicing Specialist to join their fast paced, growing team.
This position is a great opportunity for a strong, experienced commercial loan servicer to work on a fast paced team in an Operations Department for a large national company.  We are looking for dynamic and energetic team players to provide diligent loan servicing support to our business units, co-lenders and borrowers in the company's growing Operations Department.

Daily:
• Review loan agreements and set up accounts in loan system.
• Review loan amendments, modifications, approvals, and prepares appropriate system adjustments. 
• Review and prepare incoming cash transfers and deposits for proper application in loan systems and general ledger and prepare summary report of activity.
• Responsible for timely and accurate reconciliations for all interest and fee accruals
• Preparation of loan, interest & fee settlement
• Calculate interest and fee adjustments.
• Provide loan servicing including fields calls and requests for information from/to the business units and the clients.
• Provide support for members of various divisions.
• Coordinates with Staff Accountants in General Accounting for daily subsidiary ledger reconciliations.
• Responsible for clearing interest and fee accruals in loan system.
• Follow up with Staff Accountants for open items in suspense.
• Posts activity in the loan system.
• Follow up with lead lenders regarding interest and fee payments.
• Assist in various general ledger and reconciliation projects.
• Act as backup for other loan servicers when needed.
• Conduct monthly meetings with the account analysts in the related business units
 
Monthly:
• Responsible for preparation of management reports.
• Assist in special projects.
• Alternate in leading monthly meetings regarding interest/fee variances with business units.
• Assist in month end closing of loan system.
 
Qualifications:
• Asset Based Lending loan servicing experience required.
• Three to five years work experience in commercial loan servicing.
• Work experience in accounting or finance preferred.
• Good understanding of lending documents and principles.
• Must be detail and multi-task oriented.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Organized and work independently using good business judgment.

The Financial Analyst position is a key part of the Company’s financial management team that is involved with a variety of high level functions.  This position is expected to work independently and require a low to moderate level of supervision.
 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.   Financial Modeling – maintaining and updated spreadsheet-based financial models for potential impacts due to changes in market conditions, acquisitions, divestitures, capital structure and the Company’s overall business plan.
 

2.   Forecasting & Planning – assembling and analyzing annual operating and capital expenditure budgets and assisting in the development of high-level budget targets.
     

3.   Business Analysis – providing analysis of the Company’s various operations to support senior management.
    

4.    Analysis of Monthly Financials - performing internal    financial statement reviews on various unit operations or selected account balances and report to financial management on the results.
 

5.    Mergers & Acquisitions – work with the VP- Business Development to perform due diligence on acquisition targets and assist in the negotiation, documentation and closing of transactions.  Also organize and manage archives of diligence materials and transaction documents.
    

6.    Investor Relations – involvement with the company’s investor relations activities including preparation of various materials and presentations for the investor and analyst community.
    

7.    Special Projects – assisting with various special projects as needs  arise.
    

8.    Financial Reporting – involvement with the company’s financial statement consolidation and preparation of SEC filings.
    

9.    Leadership -- Fostering teamwork between locations and Corporate.
   

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance (CPA and other certifications a plus)
     
  • Experience in public accounting or investment banking a plus
     
  • Strong Excel spreadsheet skills a must, with financial modeling experience a significant plus.
     
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
     
  • Limited travel required, primarily for M&A activity
