Database Analyst
Our South Houston, TX client is seeking a contract to possible hire Database Analyst. This person will be responsible for maintaining the operator database and for training employees on the systems.
The roles and responsibilities are:
- Maintain and update the operator database.
- Run reports to identify missing information in our systems.
- Maintain our current email engine.
-Setup routine training modules on the call reporting system.
- Setup routine training for Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Help with trouble shooting, setting up, and maintaining employee laptops.
- Set up and maintain the Sales Representative Objective System.
- Tracks and reports Sales
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
- This position will require testing on Outlook, Excel, Word, WPM, and 10 Key.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees.
