Job Description:
- Drive revenue growth and profits by targeting qualified prospects and building relationships with clients through networking and cold calling
- Determine business potential by meeting with hiring managers and providing them with temp, temp to hire and direct hire staffing solutions
- Manage client relationships by providing outstanding customer service
- Work with a team to ensure that all client staffing needs are not only met but exceeded
Qualifications Include:
- Minimum of 2 years in the staffing industry working with temp, temp to hire and direct hire placements
- Experience obtaining new clients through networking, cold calling and relationship management
- Experience generating new business and maintaining client relationships
- Must possess the ability to evaluate, develop and maintain existing accounts
- Have the ability to work closely with the recruiters and other team members
- Must be willing to drive their own success…this is not an 8-5 job, rather a career opportunity
- Must maintain a strong membership in a very team oriented group – working with both the Houston office and other FSG locations
