Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a customer service representative.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, providing support to Warehouse Managers, Installers, and an Office Manager.
- Answering phones.
- Scheduling installation jobs.
- Preparation of reports.
- Organizing files.
- Other administrative duties as needed.
- Must have excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with MS Office including Excel, Word, Power Point, and Access.
- Experience working in home building industry is a HUGE plus.
- Self starter.
