Our South Austin client is seeking a Human Resource Generalist
A South Austin company has partnered with Frontline Source Group to fill a temporary to hire Human Resource Generalist position. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for an exciting company with low turnover. They are also one of the largest in Central Texas for their industry. The hours are 8-5 or 9-6 with little to no overtime.
Responsibilities:
- Benefits enrollment for new hires, changes to existing employees and COBRA
- New hire paperwork (includes W4, I9, application, 401K)
- Send potential employees for drug testing
- Weekly payroll using ADP for 100+ employees
- Payroll journal entries
- Make timekeeping adjustments when necessary
- Handle FMLA paperwork
Requirements:
- 1+ years of general HR experience with basic accounting knowledge
- Some college preferred
- Experience with ADP, MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision
