Our Downtown Dallas, TX client is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant serving private equity investor clients.  This position offers an excellent bonus package.

Responsibilities:
 
Record keeping
Financial reporting for several private investment partnerships
Assist in the preparation of historical investment performance analysis and reports
 
Requirements:
 
Degree in Accounting
Must have CPA or currently pursuing
Public Accounting experience is a plus
Private equity experience is also a plus
