Our Arlington TX -based client is looking to hire a Healthcare Product Quality Manager to join their team.  It will start as a work from home opportunity while they open a fully operating office in the area. APPLY HERE!!!!!!!

The Product Manager - Quality position will be responsible for the creation and management of our product report and analysis features and content. The position reports to the Product Development SVP and will participate in our product development process to define enhancements to our quality solutions, create and maintain reports and analysis for the solution, and work with our partners and clients to produce benchmark and process control reports. Our solutions include data collection of quality measures defined by national initiatives, states, and client specific, infection control, peer review, and performance improvement project management. The position will be responsible for understanding and documenting requirements for participation in national quality benchmarking initiatives and assist our partners and clients in extracting data from our solutions for transmission to those initiatives. The position will work closely with our clients in an advisory capacity to share ideas across our client community. 

Specific Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of healthcare data standards is required including: Loinc, UB92, HL7 messaging
  
• Minimum 5 years working in a hospital environment with a strong understanding of the patient care process
  
• BS in Nursing with documented continuing education in the quality and/or performance improvement discipline
  
• Independent, self-motivated, excellent written communication skills
  
• Experience with Microsoft excel, statistical software (SAS or SPSS), process control analysis
  
• Recent experience in the collection, review, submission, and analysis of quality measures
  
• Experience preparing reports/analysis/presentation materials for hospital governing board and committees.
