Our South Houston marketing client is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist
Our South Houston marketing client is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist on a contract to possible hire basis. The AP Specialist will be responsible for processing payables for this regional company, headquartered in Houston, with multiple locations throughout Texas.
Position Description:
- Processing Accounts Payable
- Responsible for invoicing and vendor management
- Manage multi-site expenses and reimbursements
- Heavy data entry
- Run reports and ensure accuracy of posting
- Research and resolve customer inquiries
