Job Summary: The UPK Developer will be responsible for developing, administering and maintaining the UPK curriculum for training in both Oracle and standard applications throughout the company. The UPK developer will report to the ERP Applications Manager.
Job Duties:
- Develop training strategy around Oracle and standard applications, prioritize training needs and implement training plan.
- Develop consistent and coordinated training utilizing system experts to provide guidance or procedural applications.
- Ensure all training (both electronic and paper) are organized and set up in a consistent manner.
- Review training outputs with users to ensure acceptance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years related experience.
- Previous experience with training development utilizing software
- Previous Oracle training experience
- Thorough understanding of Oracle concepts.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Superior people skills, ability to organize and strong ability to write functional and technical specifications.
