Merger and Acquisition Consultant is needed in Houston, TX
Frontline Source Group is working with a Houston company to fill a Merger and Acquisition Consultant position. The consultant will interface with the internal acquisition team and executives and will be responsible for all acquisition scans, pre-acquisition due diligence, assist in post acquisition integration, and managing both the long and short term financial projections of a diverse portfolio.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10+ years of experience in-depth financial modeling, preferably in the oil and gas industry
- Extensive experience developing strategic and operational plans, conducting competitive and marketing analyses
- Proven skills and abilities with mergers and acquisitions
- Excellent financial/analytical skills and solid understanding of financial concepts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated, personable and team player with experience in a fast paced environment
Superior MS Office programs, especially Excel
- Ideal candidates will be very comfortable creating, modifying, and reviewing financial spreadsheets
