Our Weatherford, TX client is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist
Our Weatherford, TX client is looking to hire a Human Resources Generalist on a direct hire basis. This is a one-man show so they are looking for someone who can be very hands on.
Duties:
- Oversee the safety within their location.
- Manage the employee relations, legal documentation, compensation, and benefits of the facility. Maintain all personnel files.
- Assist in the recruitment process as needed.
- From the Parker County location, also maintain documentation for two other locations.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree is a requirement.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, specifically with MS Office Suite.
