Position Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the lead consultant and project manager for benefits consulting projects.  This position will manage projects that involve design and implementation of LOA/FMLA compliance, as well as general benefits administration. Responsibilities: This is a representative list of the general duties and is not intended to be all-inclusive.   • Administer LOA/FMLA and act as resource to the department and field on LOA related questions   • Identify team members newly eligible/re-eligible for benefits via various databases and systems   • Identify team members not working required number of hours to maintain benefits and those working enough hours to qualify for benefits   • Identify and resolve data discrepancies between multiple systems (Peoplesoft, Payroll, and Insurance vendors).
