    Our Dallas client is looking to hire an Assistant Controller

    Our Dallas client is looking to hire an Assistant Controller to join their growing team. APPLY HERE!
     
    Responsibilities:
    1) Handle all facets of a multi location company
    2) Cash/Collections
    3) Control GL
    4) Management reporting
    5) Experience in a manufacturing environment (not a service organization)
    6) Experience with job costing and job cost analysis
    7) Experience with WIP
    8) Experience with finished Goods management
    9) Experience driving operational efficiencies from a finance perspective is a plus
    10) Strong leader; good manager; person who values vision, culture and a sense of teamwork
    11) Someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved (self- motivated; can do attitude; hard worker

    Requirements:
    1.) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred
    2.) Manufacturing experience required
    3.) CPA preferred

    Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Senior Compensation Expert. This client offers stability, a flexible schedule, and excellent benefits. APPLY HERE!
    Position Overview:
    • The Compensation practice assists clients in designing effective compensation programs to attract, reward, and retain talent and enhance shareholder value creation. 
    • This client works with senior management and the Board of Directors to align compensation with business strategy and performance.
    • The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the lead consultant and project manager for compensation consulting projects. 
    • This position will manage projects that involve design and implementation of base pay compensation, broad based incentive plans, and pay administration.
     
    Responsibilities:
    • Under clients’ business objectives and provide counsel on all facets of broad based employee compensation.
    • Manage projects ensuring objectives and timelines are achieved, budgets are maintained, and high level of client satisfaction.
    • Mentor and oversee activities or compensation analysts.
    • Facilitate client meetings and serve as a primary client contact on compensation projects.
    • Create and deliver final reports summarizing analysis and findings.
    • Support the growth function in establishing new client relationships.
    • Draft proposals and budgets for new business opportunities.
    • Identify and execute internal projects to contribute to the advancement of clients’ global compensation practice.
     
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience.
    • Strong experience in all facets of broad based compensation.  Experience in global compensation or corporate background preferred.
    • Experienced project manager.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong quantitative analysis skills
    • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Self-motivated, able to work with little direct supervision.
    • Ability to develop client solutions in situations where there is no unique right answer.
