Our Houston Oil & Gas client is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst

Our Houston Oil & Gas client is seeking a Sr. Compensation Analyst to join their growing Human Resources team on a direct hire basis. The Sr. Compensation Analyst will provide analytical support for compensation projects, including short-term and long-term incentives, reward and recognition programs and benchmarking.

Job Duties

Conduct market analysis and make recommendations to management to ensure recruitment and retention of top employees
Conduct evaluations on new and existing positions, including review and regrading to meet current market trends
Assist in development and administration of merit increase program and process
Assist other HR professionals in the recruitment process as a compensation subject matter expert - answering compensation-related questions and compiling information necessary to ensure competitive offers of employment to prospective employees.
Maintain compensation information in HRIS system
Assist in the administration of corporate stock program
Participate in the annual salary administration process, including the assessment of merit, budget allocation and stock option programs.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years compensation experience
International compensation experience preferred
Strong analytical skills
Advanced problem-solving ability
