    Support Analyst needed in Dallas Texas

    Our Dallas, TX client is seeking a Support Analyst.

    The Support Analyst provides software technical telephone support to customers, troubleshooting incidents and billing providing resolutions or workarounds on function and usage of the client’s applications.​ This person will serve as primary support liaison between the company and the end customers.​  This person will handle customer support and the operations of Verify.

    Duties include but are not limited:

    • Processing rate sheets errors.
    • Monitoring customer system health (Linux) and monitor Verify health.

    The daily tasks will include:

    • Looking at stats on Linux like disk space and memory
    • Entering data into MySQL using Navicat or forms and basic queries
    • Data backups on Linux and archiving on DVDs
    • Answering customer support emails
    • Send out invoicing emails
    • Researching billing disputes

    The individual needs to be familiar with Linux and databases.

     

    Experience is required in the following:

    • Linux
    • Perl
    • MySQL
    • Regex
    • Databases
    • Spanish is a plus

    One year of experience in Linux and MySQL required.

    Houston Area Client needing a Mechanical Design Engineer

    Objective:

    The engineer is an exempt position, which performs both semi-skilled and skilled duties. This person is responsible for creating product designs and/or developing sample product to meet pre-qualified specifications. Under the supervision of the company General Manager (GM) the engineer uses technical descriptions, sketches and verbal direction to develop, design or draft actual or conceptual product.   On a daily basis the Engineer will use knowledge of material qualities and properties, material standards, industrial processes and manufacturing procedures to complete this job.  The assignments are project and/or product specific and will be measured on an effort by effort basis.  This person would best be an experienced process engineer with a strong electrical background, or vice versa, but not limited to either of these disciplines.  Experience with the design and manufacture of fluid pump systems would be beneficial.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of fluid dynamics to include skidded pump packages.
    • Industrial electrical design experience with knowledge of  NEC.
    • Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, ISO and CSA standards.
    • CAD/CAM: Auto Cad & Pro-Engineer (Parametric) experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal - verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to participate as a team member.

    Functions:

    • Review or interpretation of engineering plans provided by others to determine correct component orientation and material lists for incorporation produced product.
    • Analyze plans and diagrams provided by customers to determine compatibility of designs or specifications.  Inputs to internal customers to provide comment for manufacturing or construction activities to include or meet designs.
    • Draw rough sketches or arranges finished drawings or designs to illustrate specified materials or component assembly sequence into an overall design.
    • Maintain the master written specification file for all emergency shower and eyewash components and assemblies.
    • Work closely with Product Management, Customer Service and Engineering Department members to translate product and customer requirements into technical specifications and conceptual designs.
    • Works with New Product Development Team to ensure that products are designed for reliability, ease of manufacturability and are of superior quality.
    • Team with appropriate members to have technical documents, manuals, bulletins, brochures, publications, training manuals and special reports created and accessible to company members.
    • Research product design, capabilities, and compatibility ranges as required and directed by the GM.
    • Research industry standards, governmental regulations, certifications and certifying bodies as designated by GM ensuring that specified products are designed, produced and tested to appropriate standards, and that they meet target market and customer expectations.
    • Review various resources and prepares analyses or summaries.
    • Participate in meetings as required with various managers and vendors to ensure that specifications are clearly defined and understood before commencement of production runs of new products.
    • As needed and designated by the GM support the need for, and completion of, 3rd party product and process testing and approval.
    • Supports the New Product Development Team with 1st article inspection when assigned by GM.
    • Performs other duties as deemed necessary or as required and assigned by the GM.

    Bilingual Customer Service Rep

    The position is one that requires a strong technical aptitude with customer service, interpersonal and organizational skills being a necessity. 

     

    POSITION SUMMARY:

     

    The Customer Service Representative performs the following duties, receives and processes incoming sales and service requests to meet the needs of the customer.

     

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Actively supports the company’s quality process to achieve total satisfaction of customer’s requirements, striving for error free work.
    • Answers all incoming requests for products and services to meet the needs of the customer.
    • Processes all customer purchase orders as outlined in the ISO Procedures Manual and according to the customers requirements.
    • Informs the customer of the order status and takes action to ensure orders are expedited to meet the customer’s needs.
    • Provides copies of literature to customers as needed (i.e. Operation and Maintenance Manuals, spec sheets, etc.)
    • Works closely with the Business Unit Leader and the Operations Manager, regional sales managers to service new and existing accounts.
    • Prepares all customers quotations per customer specifications
    • Logs customer complaints according to the ISO Procedures Manual, notifies management of any lost sales and initiates resolution of the problem to prevent recurrence.
    • Processes product returns according to the “Return Goods Authorization Process” outlined in the Customer Service Procedures Manual.
    • Maintains complete and current catalogs and price lists for the purpose of providing customers with information and assistance
    • Assists in the training and development of any new CSR’s.
    • Processes credit memos when needed as outlined in the ISO Manual
    • Sees that all invoice filing is updated and easily attainable.
    • Provides proof of deliveries as needed.
    • To direct product and pricing information flow between customers specific to topics concerning technical products and services.
    • Coordinate the schedules of tempered water orders with our customers and engineering, procurement, production and shipping departments.
    • To support Customer Service and Sales teams by interacting with the Engineering department on product design and manufacturing variations as are requested by customers, and have been approved by the appropriate manager of the Technical Customer Service Department.
    • Provide functional support to the International Account
    • Coordinator on day to day issues as may be required to complete those duties on a temporary basis.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

    • Previous sales or customer service experience.
    • Bilingual (Spanish).
    • Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
    • Product knowledge of industrial safety products or plumbing products is required.
    • The associate must be able to work on AS400 computer programs and have experience with Microsoft Office Word, Access, and Excel PC based programs.  The position will require extensive activities with the telephone, keyboard and other computer input methods. A good ability with the English language, oral and script, and letter writing are prerequisites for this position.

    OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provide regional support and office operations reporting to the Regional Manager. Overall responsibility includes ensuring efficiency and functionality of the metro office while providing excellent customer service to our internal and external customers. Utilize knowledge of products, programs, policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate provisioning of surgical and regional equipment and product support material to customer locations.  Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers using the Quote System, Invoice Viewer, AS400, and CRM, as well as coordinating delivery and retrieval of sets and regional equipment, using approved courier services.


    POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensures all surgical sets are complete, available and accurate per BOM, and accounted for in the field.
    • Inspects and replenishes sets which may have been quarantined after normal hours.
    • Examines instrumentation for missing components or contamination
    • Examines implant container and/or screw rack for missing items
    • Replenishes items from shipment package(s) or SIMS cabinet
    • Updates Bill of Materials and SIMS inventory, as required
    • Log all field equipment into the Metro Office inventory tracking tool.
    • Tag & log all new equipment releases.
    • Consignment paperwork detailing itemized inventory at customer locations.

    • On-Site workshop organization and planning.
    • Reserving Eval sets for Sales Consultant.
    • Coordinates dispatch and retrieval of sets and equipment using approved courier service.
    • Research and resolve accounting issues.
    • Emphasis placed on building good customer relations with Materials Management, Central Sterile, Accounting/Finance/Billing departments and other pertinent departmental staff.
    • Serve as Point of Contact between hospital and consultant for resolution of billing matters, i.e., Purchase Orders; billing discrepancies, drop-off/retrieval of equipment as may be required.
    • Provides emergency or back up deliveries.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Partners with business leaders and HR management team to define and execute a robust talent management and leadership training strategy.
    • Manages major initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, 360 feedback, talent reviews and development planning. 
    • Regularly assesses leadership and management training needs. Develops and/or approves content, methods, and materials for training and delivers appropriate programs.
    • Manages all aspects of the company’s rotational development program, including recruiting, assignments, mentoring and career development.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

     

    Formal Training/Education:

    • Must have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 10 years of talent management, organization effectiveness or management development experience within a fast growth, high-tech business environment.  Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing successful and creative talent and performance management programs.  Total experience must include a minimum of 4 years developing and managing best in class development programs, including experience in creating and managing succession planning process, designing development programs and managing the performance management process.  Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership capacity. 

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • Requires exceptional leadership and influence skills, with the ability to effectively interact at all levels of the organization, including the executive team.

    Senior Manager, Human Resources 

    Responsible for providing human resources support to a designated customer based within the organization.   From a strategic and tactical perspective, will lead and support all key HR functional areas within assigned group to include compensation analysis, recruiting and selection, retention, employee development, employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, etc.  Develops and drives company-wide programs and initiative and viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent, and member of the management staff.     ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • In concert with the Manager, Recruiting, develops and executes strategies for effective talent acquisition.  Works closely with leadership team within customer group to identify effective solutions to recruiting top talent.  In partnership with the Manager, Recruiting, drives the ROI for recruiting within assigned customer group. 
    • In concert with Corporate HR and senior leadership within customer group, executes strategy for talent management program and helps achieve optimal results in organizational and employee development.
    • Identifies trends and issues associated with total compensation matters within customer group and partners with Corporate HR team to identify solutions.  Provides advise and direction to leadership on matters pertaining to compensation strategy.  Provides guidance and tactical assistance to HR Generalist with execution of compensation practices (pay evaluations, merit process, etc.).
    • Works with leadership to ensure performance planning is in alignment with corporate goals/objectives.  Provides training and direction to leadership on effective performance management practices and processes.
    • Identifies and analyzes trends in human resources within customer group.  Formulates and executes action plans to address issues identified (i.e., proactive training, turnover/retention strategies, career development modeling, etc.).
    • Partners with management to identify current and future organizational needs/structure and works within Corporate Human Resources to ensure alignment within company.
    • Drives high level employee relations solutions.  Fosters positive employee relations climate.  Provides guidance and tactical assistance to HR Generalist with execution of complaint or performance related investigations and conflict resolution.
    • Promotes a first point of contact environment within assigned customer group for all HR related programs including benefits, compensation, development, and employee relations.
    • In partnership with Corporate HR, leads the identification, development and execution of corporate-wide initiatives (i.e., Cultural Transition, Employee Satisfaction, achievement of policy deployment initiatives associated with Key Business Results, etc.).
    • Directs the daily activities of assigned HR Generalist(s) and/or provide indirect coaching to other members of the HR team.
    • Monitors work to ensure quality, and continuously promote Quality First Time.

    Formal Training/Education:

    B.S. in HR Management, business or related field; Masters degree or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

     

    Experience:

    12  years related experience in a series of progressively more responsible HR positions, including a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity.  Experience must include at least 4 years of high level organizational involvement with specific experience developing and executing strategy for recruitment, retention, organizational design, and talent management/employee development.  Must have solid experience in fundamentals of HR including compensation, training, recruiting, performance management, employee relations and policy administration.

      • Reviews edit report and corrects claim errors as required.
      • Audit charges and coding for accuracy, specifically duplicate billing entries or missing codes.
      • Corrects charges and coding as necessary.
      • Processes paper claims for those insurance carriers that can not be transmitted electronically.
      • Process electronic claims when appropriate.
      • Corrects and re-files all rejected claims.
      • Files secondary Insurance claims.
      • Audits all returned insurance mail claims and re- files as necessary.
      • Participates in educational and developmental activities.
      • Attends meetings as requested.
      • Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.

    Requirements:

      • High school diploma or GED, preferred some college.
      • At least 5 years comprehensive experience in medical/ physician office environment that includes electronic billing procedures.
      • At least 2 years working knowledge of CPT and IDC-9 coding standards.
      • Generally familiarity with PC’s/ computers, spreadsheets and medical office software.
      • Complete knowledge of clinical registration, patient accounting, billing, reimbursement and third party/managed health care procedures and practices.
      • Basic understanding of CPT and ICD-9 coding and medical office terminology.
      • Skills in analyzing accounting, billing, coding, and third party reports. 
      • Ability to perform mathematical computations and compute ratios and percentages.
